Ingredients
8 eggs
2 tomatoes
4 peppers
1 onion
4 potatoes
2 tbsp sterilized peas
pepper
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cooked and peeled potatoes, peppers and peeled previously scalded tomatoes cut into cubes. Fry the finely chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, add the peppers, fry, add the potatoes and other vegetables and lightly fry. Eggs broken with salt and pepper and make 4 omelets. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Filled with vegetables and served immediately.
