Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt or milk
1 cup water
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the cream:
ready chocolate cream or cream powder + Products for preparation

Method
From the necessary products prepared mixture pancakes. Fry in an oily pan. While still hot can be smeared with plenty of butter, to soften. In the bowl is stacked pancakes (like cake) and each one is thoroughly smeared with cream. Complete with cream and smeared countries. Number of pancakes is a wish. Cut into small squares as pastes or cut like a cake.

I really like the recipe! And I like Ellie thought immediately of nuts in cream:-) If pancakes are oiled - take enough of the cream? I always thought that *zapetchatvat* of the oil and then being cut, slide. Does anyone know?
clever small cake super
pancakes just become mekichki of oil and dry. They then absorb their oil, so that no slippage as cut :)
