Pancake rolls in tomato sauce

6 ready pancakes
100 g grated cheese for sprinkling
# For the filling:
200 g cream cheese
200 g feta feta cheese
yolk 1
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
# For the sauce:
400 g canned peeled chopped tomatoes
1 small head finely chopped onion
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp sugar
cut fresh basil leaves

In a bowl mix all products for the filling and mix until smooth. Arrange pancakes three three slightly overlapping them. Apply them with the filling. Screw them roll on the short side and cut it into pieces. For the sauce, fry the onion in the oil. Add the tomatoes, garlic and bay leaf. Season with sugar and salt. Simmer the sauce on low heat about 15 minutes. If necessary add a little water. Finally, season with basil. Pour the sauce into a baking dish. On it stack pancake rolls. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the dish for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
