Method
We include the heat and put a spoon and half fat. Just as you do not burn the pan, this does not make pancakes greasy. Put in deep cube flour, milk (or half milk half water, as some do), vanilla. Stir in another court eggs until they are perfectly mixed. At the last moment before frying add the eggs to the bowl with the flour mixture and mix with a mixer. In the preheated oil add 1 full ladle and spread over the pan. The other option as you want to surprise children with fructose pancakes just add a few g grated or chopped fruit, eg banana, and as the bowl it roll in the semolina. Then mix with the remaining mixture referred to above. Fry. * You have no idea how fragrant pancakes with banana. * You can arrange as you want, with jam, mayonnaise, bacon, ketchup, feta cheese, maple syrup and etc. I love to do savory cakes. * This is an interesting recipe by Jamie Oliver - great, but with a little more milk, because I love pancakes rows. He puts so much flour and milk, but it is quite thick.
