Paradise balls

1 carrot
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 cube vegetable broth
1/2 cup cooked rice
150 g feta cheese
30 large field mushrooms
400 g fine filo pastry sheets
50 g butter
pepper, cumin
Finely chopped onions, carrots and pepper sauté just to change color. Add turmeric, rice, half a bouillon cube and crumbled feta cheese. A mixture with a density of mince. Season with pepper. Cleaned of stumps mushrooms are filled with the mixture and stick two by two. Get the ball rolled as dolmas in smeared with butter and cut filo pastry sheets and stacked in an oiled tray. Sprinkle with melted butter and cumin and bake. Baked balls pour 1 cup vegetable broth and cover with a towel for a while to absorb the flavor of the broth.
