100 g raisins
75 g chopped walnuts (almonds)
80 g sugar
400 g cream (cream or thick yogurt)
3 tbsp whiskey
Pour whiskey with raisins and allow to stand for 1 hour. Beat thick foam yolks, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Add shattered sour cream, raisins and the walnuts. The mixture was poured in in cold water rinsed metal mold and placed in a freezer or in the chamber of the refrigerator overnight. The next day the form is immersed in seconds in warm water and turns into a large dessert plate. Serve garnished with whipped cream, chocolate, candied fruit or another of your choice. Cut into pieces.
