Peach strudel

# For the dough:
250 g flour
pinch of salt
75 g margarine
# For the filling:
400 g cottage cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
150 g brown sugar
1 yolk
50 g raisins
50 g almonds
30 g margarine
1 kg peaches
From the list of products knead dough and let stand 1 hour. The cottage cheese mix with the sugar, lemon juice and egg yolk. Raisins mixed with chopped almonds. Margarine melts. Upcoming dough is rolled thin, coated with a layer of cottage cheese, as the edges remain free 2 cm. Filling sprinkled with raisins and almonds. Top rank peeled and diced peaches. Bend is kept 2 cm from the edge and then rolled. Put it in a baking dish and bake at 200 C, occasionally smeared with margarine. Serve with ice cream.
