Pelmeni with meat and mushrooms

# For the dough:
2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
egg 1
1 tsp salt
# For the filling:
3-4 onions
200-250 g minced meat
100-150 g mushrooms
ground black pepper

Involved medium hard dough products. Luka is cut into small pieces and stew with 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. Add the minced meat and chopped mushrooms. All fry. Allow to cool. The dough is rolled into a thin crust and cut circles with a glass. Place stuffing in one half and fold the circles of the two edges are pressed to stick. Both the top of the semi caught and stick together to get the form of cap. Thus obtained dumplings rank in the tray and place in the freezer for 40-60 minutes to freeze. In a saucepan pour water and put a bay leaf, black pepper, allspice, 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 tsp salt (you can add vegetable broth). Allow to boil. Once the water has boiled, placed frozen dumplings. When ready, they float to the top (boiled 5-7 minutes). Take out carefully with a slotted spoon and drain. Careful not to be disruptive. The trick is that the dough should rest 20-30 minutes to baking gluten. Also when are rolled, with egg. And in the stuffing, if it is too thick, pour water because you have more loose, as moussaka.
