Pita with leeks (Feast)

Ingredients
1 kg readymade dough
3-4 leeks
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt

Method
Chopped leek fry with margarine. When soft taste with paprika and salt Fry a little while turns leeks. Half dough is rolled into a sheet with thickness 0.5 cm and on it is distributed half empty. Turns to roll the two ends are twisted - one left and one right. Turn at the snail in a greased tray. The other half of the dough is prepared in the same way as it is rolled in the tray about The rolled dough first. Leave for half an hour in a warm place. Bake in preheated oven until ready. Once removed from the oven top is coated with margarine or butter while hot and cover to stew. Serve with buttermilk.
