2 cups milk
4 eggs (one yolk left spreads)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g fresh yeast
700 g flour

Yeast mixed with warm milk. Add egg, salt, sugar and sunflower oil. Finally flour. Allow to rise for about 1 hour.
