Pizza Hawaii - calzone

Ingredients
8 g of dry yeast
pinch of salt
1 tsp (5 g) of powdered sugar
2 and 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1/3 cup pizza sauce or tomato paste with spices
200 g ham
220 g canned pineapple
150 g cheese

Method
In a bowl mix 1 cup (200 ml) hot water, yeast, sugar and salt and mix with a fork. Cover the bowl and leave for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. In a large bowl pour the flour and add it to the yeast mixture and olive oil and gently kneaded dough. The dough is a floured surface for about 5 minutes or until it becomes elastic. Form a round base for pizza and all her namazavat with a little water. Half of the circle is smeared with tomato paste and other products such as pineapple is cut into small pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese, then neporasenata half folds and turns sprinkling (to get a semicircle and the filling is enclosed inside). The ends are pressed to fit snugly. The pizza is baked in a preheated 210 C oven.

mmm ... I think to try this recipe ... from personal experience (I worked in a pizzeria) know calzone is one of nai delicious pizzas, regardless of the method of preparation ... and for stuffing can put abselyutno everything, depending on which what obicha- Bake peppers, pickles, onions, garlic, mushrooms, all kinds of sausages, seafood, all kinds of cheeses, corn, broccoli, olives, tomatoes, zucchini ... etc ... etc ...

before putting in the oven can bake broken yaitse (Thermally stable) to get a nice golden gloss, OR ... like out of the oven. to bake the mixture of oil + a little spice for pizza or dried oregano. so softens and becomes a wonderful taste ... SUCCESS ...
