Platter of cheeses

Ingredients
200 g Gouda washers or other soft yellow feta cheese, cheese
200 g Gorgonzola (bavaria blue, Roquefort)
250 g zheramon (Camembert, Brie)
125 g butter
walnuts optional

Method
All products should have room temperature, the butter is very soft. Elongated cake covered with a foil and then with washers Gouda. Separately, mix the butter with a pinch of salt and add chopped into small cubes and Gorgonzola zheramon. Mix well. Pour the mixture into lined Gouda form. Fifth, kept cold, but cut washers have the best taste when standing at room temperature before serving. For lovers of cheese is just great. Can not go wrong.
