Pockets with cottage cheese and honey

Ingredients
400 g puff pastry
150 g unsalted cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp honey

Method
Expands dough. Cut into rectangles (5h7 cm). Over half of them pour a spoonful of mixed cottage cheese and honey (you can add a spoon of powdered sugar, if not sweet enough), and the rest are prepared as shown in the picture: fold in length, along with cooking paper among them, do not stick to the dough and make about 7 incision. Wing, waving to paper on cloud the other rectangles popritiskat removed, pull a faint line with the back of a knife, then round off the edges with a fork. Bake at 180 C, in tray littered with cooking paper.

Quite prevlikatelni look!

I filled them with strawberry jam and cream cheese. Were great!

Thank you for the great recipe! Very delicious and beautiful! I made them with strawberry jam and one teaspoon sour cream, because I had left over from another cooking :) (I guess may be replaced with yogurt) top coat them with a bit of cream to stick almonds, sprinkled who will get a picture, only the last 2 units managed to shoot .. ate on time :)
