Podlucheni eggs with thin sausage

Ingredients
6 eggs
4-5 onions
3 tbsp sour cream
300-350 g thin sausage (chopped)
1 tbsp vegeta dissolved in 200 ml water
pepper
1 tsp paprika, turmeric and dried mint
100-150 g cheese
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Heat the oil in it and fry chopped onion. Add spices and broth of vegetata. Mix well, then the mixture is poured into a suitable tray. The oven is heated. Separately in another pan fry the chopped sausage, but without putting fat. Sausage into the tin, add sour cream and grated cheese and mix everything well until evenly distributed. Then tap the eggs onto the mixture and put in preheated oven. Bake until ready - about 10-15 minutes.

Great recipe, Rossi .. podoizkusurih her a little as I made with sausages which Paiute the grill last night and Artis were added to the onion and 1 chopped pepper and 1 grated tomato. Baked it into the halogen oven .. upper grill at 240 degrees for 10 minutes. Put and photos.

I neglected to say that this way of cooking in the halogen oven bottom eggs remain loose .. for those who love them so well. Next time I will try to lower grill again ten minutes but 250 degrees .. and say what was the result eggs ..
