Pork chops with cheese

Ingredients
4 pork chops
100 g sterilized mushrooms
250 g solid feta cheese
30 g butter
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
sauce of roasted meat
250 g cream
pepper
salt
Method
Make open in pork chops, filled with a mixture of chopped mushrooms into pieces, part of the feta cheese, diced, salt, pepper and attach with toothpicks chops fried on both sides and remove them. Fry in butter finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, pour wine and evaporated to half the original amount. Add the cream, put a little sauce of roasted meat vazvaryava be. The mixture was transferred into a larger refractory vessel. Add the chops over and placed a piece of feta cheese and lightly roasted. Serve with mashed potatoes.
