Pork in purse

Ingredients
500 g pork bellies
# For marinade:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, savory, paprika, black pepper, dried thyme
500 g potatoes

Method
Breasts cut and marinated for several hours in the marinade. Envelope baking put coarsely chopped potatoes. Arrange them on the meat. Pour remaining marinade in the bag with 100 ml water. Bake at 200 C for an hour and a half.

Well that invented these envelopes. The dishes are very tasty. And you save galling of drip baking pans. The only thing that changed is that previously boiled in the pressure cooker meat, because maybe it was on my years! Otherwise options for flavoring meat and potatoes abound.
