Pork roast with shell spices

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork sirloin
4 cloves garlic
4 onions
6 slices of bread
5 tbsp mustard
1 bunch parsley
4 tbsp sunflower oil or butter
salt
150 g spice mixture - thyme, tarragon, rosemary, basil, marjoram, savory, oregano, sage
Method
Pork salt it. Vegetables are cut into very small pieces. Bread crumbs crushed or cut in small pieces. Of the products without the oil is made of dough, which is screwed pig. Oil to pan and put it in the flesh. Bake for 1 hour at 200 C, then for 30 minutes at 150 C. In a separate sauce in baking may be added to 200 ml white wine and 200 ml cooking cream to make a sauce for the topping.
