Portuguese salad

Ingredients
300 g salted fish - sardines, herring, mackerel
4-5 pickles
50 g boiled celery
3 sour apples
250 g mayonnaise
3 tbsp white wine or lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
olives for decoration
Method
The cleaned fish cut into pieces. Cucumbers, apples and celery cut into small cubes. They added mayonnaise diluted wine, mustard and pepper. Mix. Pour into a suitable dish shaped and decorated with olives.
