Potato Fish

2 kg potatoes
200 g frozen peas, carrots and corn
150 g of tomato paste
2 fillets of fish pangasius
spices optional, salt
sunflower oil for frying

Cook potatoes and grate, kneaded with spices and left to rest. Fish, cut into pieces fry and add pre-cooked vegetables, stirred another 1-2 minutes and add the tomato paste. In littered with paper baking tray put part of the potatoes by body shape of the fish with raised ledge, put it stuffing and rolls with remaining potatoes. With a knife shaped head and tail of the fish strips. Bake in a hot oven until ready. Optional can be brushed with egg yolk on top.

Beautifully proposal and probably delicious.

I personally do not like pangasius because it is very oily and I smell like eggs and soda, but the recipe is great, especially if there are children at home will be a great joy. I guess that can be made with other fish, hake, for instance?

With any type of fish fillet can make a guess, I I worked on it with pangasius for this I have written so. The recipe is my fiction, I wanted something different for St. Nicholas and get well.
