Potato pizza with olives

1 kg potatoes
2 small onions (100 g)
300 g mashed tomatoes
50-100 g pitted olives
2 pickles
100-150 g cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
1/2 tsp basil
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
in a pinch of salt and sugar
Peel the potatoes and boil with a little salt. Coarsely chopped onions fry for 1-2 minutes. Add basil, tomatoes and sugar. The olives are finely chopped. Once the potatoes are ready, Strain and then them add salt and 1 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil). In a buttered and sprinkled with bread crumbs tray be arranged in the following sequence: Spread half of the mashed potato, onion mixture and chopped cucumbers, olives and chopped in large pieces cheese, remaining mashed potatoes.
