Potato Souffle

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
100 g of fresh butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Cook about 600 g of potatoes. Peel and after cool is nasargvat in large pieces grater. Beat well 100 ml fresh butter. Add to it one at a 4 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper and a spoon potato spoon, stirring the mixture. Finally added gradually egg whites broken down into snow, stirring gently mix. Pour mixture into greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form or a small baking dish. Bake for about half an hour in moderate oven. Souffle served with salad, yogurt or tomato sauce. Can be served as a side dish to grilled meat.
