Pudding of pike

Ingredients
400 g of meat pike
40 g butter
4 tbsp (40 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp peas
100 g mushrooms
150 g cream
breadcrumbs
nutmeg
salt
Method
Pike is boned and grind. Reference is light roux from the butter and flour, diluted with fresh milk and boiled to give a thick Bechamel. Add the minced meat fish meat, egg yolks, grated nutmeg, salt, cream and stir. Add the peas, the chopped mushrooms and beaten egg whites. Place dough in oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form pudding Cover with a lid and boil in water bath 40 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
