Pumpkin * * spaghetti with shrimp or scallops scallops

1 spaghetti squash * * - about 1.5 kg
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
250-450 g cleaned shrimp or scallops scallops
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp fresh oregano or 1-2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
2 tomatoes
1 bunch watercress or about 150 g spinach
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese or shredded Parmesan

Pumpkin cut along the 2 and bake with the cut side down on an oiled baking dish of 180C degrees for about 30 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Cooled and the inside is scraped. Heat olive oil and mashed garlic fry it. Add shrimp or scallops, lemon juice and spices. By pozaparzhat are added and tomatoes and cress or spinach and cook until the juice from vegetables is poizpari. Add pine nuts and the feta cheese. The mixture is stirred with pumpkin and served in the shells of pumpkin or in individual bowls.

I olyolio I worked on it, carbonara and also pesto Genovese. In all three cases was ok, but I can not get accustomed to salty pumpkin dish. I have one left whole spaghetti squash, will do at Christmas. Will try your recipe, put it into a favorite.

I first make spaghetti squash and were very pleasantly surprised - there was a strong pumpkin flavor and was very tasty.
