Rice with cheese

Ingredients
150 g long-grain brown rice
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
4 stalks celery
400 g canned tomatoes
curry
salt
pepper
150 g margarine
100 g cheese
Method
Peppers are cleared from the seeds and cut straws. Celery cut into small pieces. In a saucepan boil in salted water peppers, celery and canned tomatoes until soft. Pour a pinch of curry, spices, add pre-cooked rice and stew all with margarine until mixture thickens. The dish pour into baking dish, dusted with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
