Rice pilaf

Ingredients
500 g of rice
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp salt
4 cup Water
turmeric or saffron
Method
The rice is cleaned and washed. Fry a few minutes in the oil, add salt and pour hot water. Boil on low heat about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed. Stained with little turmeric or saffron. Rice may become more spicy if he add a few cloves of garlic, cayenne pepper or ground ginger.
