Ingredients
          6-7 (1 kg) courgettes
          3-4 heads (200 g) onion
          1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
          1/4 cup (50 g) rice
          1/2 bunch parsley
          2 tbsp (20 g) flour
          2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
          1 cup (250 ml) tomato juice
          salt
          pepper

          Method
              Courgettes Wash, peel and cut into rings. In fat stew until golden coloring chopped onion, then add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. After stifling tomatoes add rice with parsley, paprika and pepper. The mixture add salt to taste, stir and pour into pan. Top rank keremidoobrazno salted and rolled in flour zucchini. The dish pour tomato juice and bake until browned. Serve cold.
