Rolls in Boyar

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
2 onions
1 carrot
2-3 pickles
1 egg
pepper
parsley
salt
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
flour
fat frying
Method
Chopped onion and grated carrot fry in the oil, add the spices. Once removed from the fire add chopped pickles and boiled egg. Gently mix. Chopped meat is divided into four parts and each spread on a piece foil, placed in the top 1/4 of the filling and roll up. Fthe oil is removed and the roll is pressed into a meal, then fried in a preheated oil.

Super is. In the minced meat and add 3 tablespoons tomato paste and everything is OK.
