Rolls of eggplant with cheese

Ingredients
2-3 large eggplant
200 g feta cheese
100 g cottage cheese
garlic (optional)
dill or parsley
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Clean the eggplants and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Fry until golden on both sides. Place on kitchen paper to absorb the fat. In a bowl, crush the feta cheese, mix with the cottage cheese. Add the chopped garlic and parsley (dill). With cold eggplant slices and stuffing roll shape. Garnish with parsley.
