Rolls with potatoes, mayonnaise and cream cheese

Ingredients
75 g cream cheese
200 g potatoes
150 g mayonnaise
200 g cheese
leaves of lettuce
1 red pepper
8 g gelatin
60 ml white wine
olives
dill
Method
Cook potatoes well, then peel and grated. Cheese cut into thin sheets. Soak the gelatine in cold water with white wine and dissolve in a water bath. Mix grated potatoes, mayonnaise, the feta cheese, cream and chopped dill. The finished mixture is spread over cheese pieces that turn rolls and coated with gelatin. Appetizer garnish with olives, red pepper pieces and leaves of lettuce.
