2 heads beetroot
carrots 3
1 Chinese cabbage

salt, olive oil, vinegar
# For the garlic sauce:
1 head of garlic (garlic powder)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cucumber
salt
dill optional
Method
Beets peel. Then beets, carrots and Chinese cabbage grated. In a large bowl put grated vegetables and maize. Confused with a little olive oil (you and sunflower oil), salt and vinegar to taste. Then the sauce is prepared. Equal amounts of yogurt and mayonnaise mixed in a bowl. Grate cucumber and be added to yogurt and mayonnaise. Cut the garlic into small pieces, along with dill and put them in the bowl with yogurt and mayonnaise. Salad can be made without sauce. Serve by putting the vegetables first and then add on top of the sauce. * Maybe if you left milk salad from a holiday, instead of the sauce to use on top a little yogurt salad.
