Ingredients
300 g strained yogurt
300 g carrots
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Carrots grate and be confused with strained yogurt. Add garlic, salt and sunflower oil to taste. Can be sprinkled with walnuts. If it becomes too thick can add 1-2 tbsp yogurt.
