Salad of cauliflower - III type

Ingredients
Chapter 1 (1 kg) cauliflower
15 olives
1-2 (100 g) red peppers
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
lemon or vinegar
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets, washed and boiled in salted water, drain and immediately sprinkle with vinegar or lemon juice to not darken. Ranks in the bowl, pour in the vegetable oil and sprinkle lightly with black pepper and chopped parsley. Here and there put purposes olives and slices of pepper.
