Salad with melon and apricots

Ingredients
500 g apricots
500 g clean and peeled melon
4 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 cup rum
Method
Cleaned and peeled melon cut into small cubes, put it in a porcelain or glass dish, sprinkle with half the icing sugar and rum half. Apricots are washed, cleaned of stones and cut into quarters. Put on the melon and also sprinkled with powdered sugar and rum. The fruit is allowed to stand for several hours in the refrigerator. Then drain, not crushed and broken in glasses. Sprinkle top with compartments syrup.
