Ingredients
          750 g flour
          11 g of dry yeast
          300 g sour cream
          200 ml water
          2 eggs
          100 g butter
          coarse salt, sugar, mix of seeds, white oregano
          100 g smoked cheese - optional

          Method
              Flour mixed with yeast. The eggs were divided into white and yolk. Whip cream with warmed water, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar. Add flour gradually and izmesva soft dough. Allow to rise for about 40-50 minutes in a warm place.   The finished dough is cut into 6 equal parts. Each piece is rolled round leaves. Of each sheet with a serrated knife, cut 8 triangles. Triangles are moistened soft butter and sprinkle with grated cheese optional. Furling horns - a total of 48 horns are coated with beaten with 1 tbsp butter yolks. Sprinkle with coarse salt and optional with a mix of seeds, caraway or white oregano, savory.   Bake without rising in preheated to 180 C oven for 20-30 minutes.     * Optional instead of cream and water may kneading dough with 500 ml milk and 1 tbsp butter.
