Sausages with potatoes

Ingredients
300 g wieners, smoked skinless sausages or plain skinless sausages
400 g small potatoes
2 leeks onion
40 g butter
60 g flour
375 ml milk
2 tbsp vegetable broth
150 g peas
125 g sour cream
1/2 bunch parsley
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Method
Boil the potatoes. Cut the onion into rings, and sausage - slices. We heated the fat. Fry a little sausage and leeks and remove them from the pan. In fat fry flour and stirring, add 500 ml water and 375 ml milk. Add broth and peas and let boil for eating - on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add cooked potatoes, sausage, leeks and cream. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Garnish with chopped parsley.
