Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup flour
1 stalk leek
Method
Soda quenched in yogurt and added to the sifted flour. Add the egg and the oil. Cut the leeks finely and it is added. The mixture was stirred well. Bake in greased round in a preheated oven, until golden.

Nothing will happen to an egg! I do this cake, but put 4-5 eggs. Add cheese. Otherwise is soda bread with a little leek.
