Albena, please explain what this *Svirchovitsa*?

*Svirchovina* is the name of a kind of elder wood. With very fragrant flowers, which in fresh and dried form can be used to make syrup, Schweppes, tea for lung diseases, etc.

Benny, congratulations for Schweppes! I wrote the recipe to Favorites.

And this svirchovina where to find it?

After Sambucus ebulus / svirchovinata / is dried, should not be flooded with hot water? I did not ever do this.
