Semolina porridge with dried fruit

Ingredients
800 ml milk
200 ml cream
200 g drained yogurt
200 g semolina
200 g dried fruit of your choice
4 tbsp sugar (or more - to taste)
rind of one lemon
20 g butter
1 tsp salt
cinnamon optional
# sauce for serving cold drinks:
150 ml juice potrokalov
1 tsp grated orange peel
200 g sour cream or cottage cheese or drained yogurt
3-4 tbsp caster sugar

Method
Dried fruit - dates, figs, prunes - finely. In a saucepan boil the milk, the butter, sugar, cream, salt and lemon zest. Pour a fruit for about five minutes, reducing fire or bodily removed from the heat. The liquid is boiled again and put semolina, stirring. Decreased again the heat and allow to boil very slowly until absorb. Finally stir thick yogurt and serve immediately. Can be dusted with cinnamon. If you are served cold, is taken into a large bowl, rinse with cold water and pour it hot mess. Once completely cool, turns into a tray. Cut into portions and serve with fruit sauce, which is prepared by all the ingredients for the sauce is broken wire just before serving.
