Shish kebab with beef and vegetables

600 g veal
3 tomatoes
4 small onions
1 eggplant
2 bell peppers (red and green)
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1/3 tea cup . butter
1 tsp paprika and pepper
8 wooden skewers
1 cube chicken broth with vegetables
Skewers soaked for an hour in cold water. Cut the meat into cubes and add salt. Tomatoes and eggplant are also cut into cubes. Eggplant salt it and after 15 minutes wash the bitter juice. On skewers strung pieces of meat, onions, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes. Skewered kebabs fry in half of the butter, add their 2 cups hot water and chicken broth and leave for 40 minutes to stew. Beat the eggs with the flour and paprika. Skewers drain crashing into the egg mixture and again fry in the remaining butter. If you use beef tenderloin skewers no need to stew.
