Shortcake with mandarin and cream chiyzkeykov

Ingredients
12 seedless mandarins, unpeeled
500 g sugar
300 g ground almonds
250 g soft butter
grated peel of one lemon
lemon juice
3 eggs
300 g yogurt
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
100 g fine cornmeal
Method
Heat the oven to 180 C. 5 of mandarins are cut into thin slices. Boil 300 ml water. 250 g of sugar, pour the boiling water, the fire increases until the syrup starts to simmer. Add mandarins, capped and leave 20 minutes to boil in the syrup until tender. The bottom of the detachable form cake tin with butter and stood with baking paper. Mandarins are removed from the pan and arrange in the bottom of the form. The remaining 7 mandarins are grated peel, squeeze the juice of 4 of them and add to the sugar syrup. The syrup is boiled for 10 minutes, until thickened. For the cake is broken 200 g sugar 200 g soft butter, lemon rind and half the lemon zest until the mixture turns white. Add egg yolks, one by one. 3 tangerines other objectives are divided into pieces and stir until become mushy. Pour in the mixture with the butter together with the almonds, the cornmeal and 150 g of yogurt. Egg whites are broken down well and added to the total mixture. Carefully poured into the mold and baked for 1 hour. With a toothpick to check if it is ready. Allow to cool in the form. For the cream mix the rest of mandarin peel with mascarpone, the remaining 150 g of yogurt and a little lemon juice. Cake turns into a large bowl and pour some of the syrup. Serve with cream cheese cake and decorate with more syrup.
