Shortcake Ramadan

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup Water
powdered sugar (optional) tracking

Method
Preheat the oven to 180C. Flour and greased tray 20 cm. Mix flour, baking soda, sugar and cocoa. In the middle make a well and add the vinegar, the oil and water. Mix until completely homogeneous. Finally, add vanilla. Bake about 35 minutes depending on the oven. But not bake too much to stay cake juicier.
