Simid kebab

Ingredients
500 g beef or lamb mince
1/2 cup bulgur (or rice)
1 tsp cumin and oregano
1 tbsp pine nuts
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp mint
2-3 dried red peppers
1 sprig parsley
1/2 tsp coriander
2 -3 drops of Tabasco hot sauce (or hot pepper)
sunflower oil
salt
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method
Soaking the bulgur in hot water to soften. Apart chopped parsley, dried peppers, onion and garlic and add them to the minced meat. After the bulgur is softened well, add it to the minced meat. Add a little sunflower oil, the chopped chili pepper or sauce, and all spices. Knead well with minced meat products in it. Then shape the meatballs with a skewer in the middle or meatballs and bake a BBQ. Sprinkle lightly with sesame, while still warm.

It was great! Recommend! Kebab prepared it without Tabasco, because the child again and appeal of the family. :)

Great recipe! Delicious kebab happened. I'm a little worried bulgur, but the combination with mutton is really good!
