Snow steaks

4 pork chops - chop, ham, tenderloin
200 ml white wine
4 eggs
4 tbsp yogurt
cumin, black pepper, red pepper, salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 / 2 tsp vegeta

Crushed steaks are rubbed with cumin, black and red pepper, salt and vegetata. Watered with half white wine and soy sauce. Leave in the refrigerator for about an hour. This is closely followed in the glass dish, pour 200 ml water, and baked 30 minutes at 200 C. Make remaining wine and bake for 30 minutes. Egg whites are broken down into snow and mix with yogurt. With this mixture, cover the steaks and baked until the sink in the snow. Yolks are cooked in salted water and served to toppings. specialties are served hot with mashed potatoes or fresh salad, sprinkled with parsley.

They are very tasty, next time I will photograph them.

They have an unusual appearance. Tasting steaks are extra. I did not feel *snow* to import nakakav a special taste (only appearance).

I'm not cover them. After putting them zapekoh protein in a weaker oven.
