Ingredients
200 g sterilized or marinated mushrooms
1 large onion
3 eggs
200 g mayonnaise
2 potatoes
1 bunch dill
pepper
salt
Method
Potatoes and eggs are cooked and peeled. Mushrooms cut into slices as several smaller left for decoration. Onions and dill finely, potatoes are grated and add salt and egg yolks and whites separately grate finely grater. Mushrooms are placed in a glass bowl, sprinkle with onions and covered with part of the mayonnaise, whipped with pepper to taste. Top to scatter yolks and also covered with mayonnaise. Embankment grated potatoes and spread them over the remaining mayonnaise. Appetizer sprinkle with dill and egg whites, and is decorated with detached small mushrooms.
