Soup balls with nettle and dock

Ingredients
200 g minced meat mixture
200 g nettle tips
200 g dock
1 large carrot
1 stalk green onion
1 prepared vegetable soup Maggie
1/3 cup rice
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, salt
flour for rolling of balls
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with pepper and the washed rice. There are also balls which are pressed into a flour. Carrots and green onions sauté in the oil. Washed dock and nettles, chopped also added. Pour 1.5 liters of hot water. When you boil placed balls mince and vegetable soup ready. Boil until ready. Not thicken. Serve with 1 tbsp yogurt.
