Soup with fried fish

Ingredients
Fish
roasted peppers
garlic
salt
sunflower oil
chili peppers
Method
Are baked, peel and tear and long thin julienne. The fish if small fry directly, if a large cut into chunks. Includes two plates, one of which is put to boil water, and the other pan with sunflower oil. Fish fry in fat and each finished piece is placed immediately in boiling water. When all the fish is fried and moved in the water, remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add fragmented peppers, add salt to taste and seasoned with chopped chilies and garlic.
