Soup ground pork

Ingredients
200 g minced meat pork
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 carrot
1 yolk
vermicelli
pepper
salt
parsley
Method
Chopped meat is put to fry with the oil to make crumbs, add grated carrot and color and taste. Make up with water and added salt. Once the meat is cooked and add the carrot noodles and finally put parsley and pepper. Thicken with 1 beaten egg yolk, a little water and a pinch limontozu.

This soup I personally know it as soup *Bristol*. Is delicious.

I knew there was another name. A Bristol has another meaning. This is the kind of card that is used in printing.
