Ingredients
800-900 g pork
1 onion
1 tomato (may canned)
1 carrot
1/3 cup vermicelli
salt, savory, stalk celery
parsley, ground black pepper

Method
Meat pour cold water and boil for about an hour and a half. Remove and separate the meat from the bone, chopped into pieces and returned to the broth. Add chopped onion and carrot, spices, and shortly thereafter the grated tomato. Once softened, add vermicelli. Remove the soup from the heat and after about 20 minutes bind with beat eggs with a little vinegar.
