Soup with spinach and meat balls

Ingredients
150 g minced meat
500 g spinach
2-3 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
pinch ground ginger
1-2 anise beans
salt
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with ginger and crushed anise by adding a little water to make it softer. There are also 15-20 balls. In a saucepan of boiling water over high heat placed balls. Boil 15-20 minutes. Add spinach, previously cut and blanch in boiling salted water. Add salt and served in a deep bowl.
