Spaghetti with smoked meat or minced meat and tomato sauce

500 g spaghetti
800 g canned tomatoes
2 onions
350 g of smoked ham or breast (can and mince)
150 g mushrooms optional
salt, savory, red and black pepper
sunflower oil for frying
cheese for sprinkling optional.
Pasta is put to cook according to package directions. During this time, chop the onion, smoked meat cubes and mushrooms in half. In the hot sunflower oil fry the onion, then add the meat (minced meat) and mushrooms. If fresh mushrooms are put before them meat and they are ready add the remaining ingredients. When the meat is pozaparzhi pour tomatoes. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finally, put the spices, stir 1-2 minutes and then get out of the heat. Pasta is drained of water, which is boiled. With the resulting flood cooked spaghetti sauce and stir nice. Leave to stand in a pot with a lid to absorb sauce spaghetti. Serve sprinkled with cheese. * The recipe is obtained successfully in both versions - with smoked meat and mince.
